The Developer (Stanford Ranch Self Storage LLC.) has agreed to landscape and maintain the City owned right-of-way along the “Stanford Ranch Self Storage LLC” perimeter located on West Oaks Blvd. as identified on Exhibit A. The agreement requires the Developer to maintain proper insurance coverage naming the City as additional insured. The agreement also includes the City’s standard hold harmless provision.
In providing the landscape and maintenance of this area the developer provides landscape uniformity which will enhance the surroundings. The City will maintain the irrigation and avoid the cost for maintenance and landscaping the City’s portion of the right-of-way.
Staff has determined that this agreement is beneficial to both the Developer and the City while being revenue neutral.
