BACKGROUND:
The Rules, Regulations, Benefits, and Policies Relating to Employee Relations between the City of Rocklin and the Rocklin Management and Confidential Employees were last revised on June 26, 2018, by Resolution No. 2018-185. If this Resolution is adopted it will be effective on July 6, 2019.

Based on previously approved salary adjustments for the classifications within bargaining units, and in order to avoid compaction between supervisory and subordinate classifications, effective the pay period that begins July 6, 2019, a one percent (1.0%) salary adjustment is being recommended for all Management and Confidential classifications. There is no salary adjustment being considered for the City Manager, City Attorney, or City Clerk. Several other articles were modified to clean up and clarify language that was outdated or difficult to interpret.
Fiscal Impact:
The cost of this agreement has been incorporated into the 2019-2020 final budget.
