A.    Resolution of the City Council of the City Of Rocklin Accepting the Public Work Known as Wetlands Grading and Open Space Fencing for Placer Creek Corporate Center Open Space Parcels 9, 10, 11, Approving the Notice of Completion, and Authorizing the Execution and Recordation of the Notice on Behalf of the City (Evergreen/Rocklin Land Joint Venture).

 

B.     A Resolution of the City Council of the City Of Rocklin Accepting an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication in Fee for Placer Creek Corporate Center Open Space Parcels 9, 10 and 11, and Authorizing the Execution and Recordation of the Acceptance of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (AKA University Retirement Community/DL2015-0004).


BACKGROUND:

On November 17, 2015, the Planning Commission approved the tentative parcel map for Placer Creek Corporate Center (AKA University Retirement Community/DL2015-0004); and Open Space Parcels 9, 10 and 11 were irrevocably offered for dedication (IOD) in Fee on said map, recorded in Book 35 of Parcel Maps, Page 127.   

 

The developer, Evergreen Rocklin Land Joint Venture, was conditioned to and has completed the wetland grading and fencing improvements within said Open Space parcels and have requested the City to accept the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication in fee for Open

Space Parcels 9, 10 and 11.

 

By the attached resolutions and subsequent recordation of the Notice of Completion and acceptance of the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD) in Fee, the City acquires all underlying rights and takes ownership of the subject improvements and Open Space lots.

 

The improvements to be accepted are located within the Placer Creek Corporate Center, West of University Avenue, South of Whitney Ranch Parkway, and East of State Highway 65.

Fiscal Impact:
The Open Space Lots of Placer Creek Corporate Center will be maintained by the City.
