| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | On April 27, 2021, Resolution 2021-61 the Median Improvement Project at the Intersections of Lonetree Boulevard at Sandhill Drive and Stanford Ranch Road at Breen Drive was approved by the City Council and included in both the 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Fiscal Year (FY) 2020/21 budget. This Project consists of removing the existing landscaped medians at the intersections and replacing with two way turn pockets to facilitate traffic flow.
The contract for the Project was awarded to Central Valley Engineering & Asphalt, Inc. (Roseville) in the amount of $262,843 (rounded). The Rocklin Municipal Code section 3.04.050 authorizes a contingency amount of fifteen percent of the contract, $39,427 (rounded), for a total authorized project amount of $302,270 (rounded). Two change orders were issued for a total amount of $16,188 (rounded) for a total project cost of $279,031 (rounded). This project was completed on June 29, 2021. |
