On August 10, 2021, the City Council approved the Final Map for Whitney Ranch Phase II-I Unit 63 & 69 Subdivision (Resolution No. 2021-136) and authorized the execution of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Resolution No. 2021-136). This agreement required the developer, Sunset Ranchos Investors, LLC, to construct certain roadway improvements that are specified to be dedicated to the City, specifically the courts, ways and drives, and Lot D, which is to be maintained as open space. The agreement allowed the filing of a Notice of Completion once all improvement requirements have been met. Landscape Lots A, B and C are part of this subdivision, and were improved previously during the construction of Whitney Ranch Parkway. Therefore, the roadway and landscape improvements have now been completed and inspected, and the open space area has been inspected, and all are ready for acceptance.
This project is accessed off Whitney Ranch Parkway, and is located north of the Whitney Ranch Parkway, east of Ranch View Drive, and west of Whitney Oaks Drive.
The project consists of 83 residential lots, 3 landscape lots and 1 open space lot.
