| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The Quarterly Financial Report for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 is included as Exhibit A to the Resolution. The quarterly financial report provides an overview of the City of Rocklin’s current financial position. With the quarterly financial report, City departments and Administrative Services Finance Division evaluate budget-to-actual performance for fiscal soundness or potential issues requiring immediate action, any necessary mitigating plans, and operational changes required.

| | | | | | | | | Fiscal Impact: | As part of this review, staff has identified required budget amendments based on the budget appropriations previously approved by the City Council to allow for change orders for various contracts, capital projects or expenditures. Staff recommends the budget amendments as outlined in Exhibit B to the Resolution. Sufficient funds are available in their respective fund balances to support the recommendations. |
