On April 12, 2022, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2022-70, the contract for the Finnish Temperance Hall & Rocklin Event Center Out-Building Roof Replacement project, which is included in both the 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Fiscal Year (FY) 2021/22 budget. This project consisted of removing and replacing the roofs at the Finnish Temperance Hall and the Rocklin Event Center Out-Building.
This project was originally started in FY 2021/22; however, due to scheduling conflicts the project timeline was extended to FY 2022/23 and the project budget was moved forward.
The City Council awarded the contract to MCM Roofing Company, Inc., in the amount of $122,900 (rounded) with a 15% contingency bringing the total authorized project amount to $141,335 (rounded). No change orders were issued and the project came in at the contract amount of $122,900.
This project was completed September 16, 2022. Staff recommends the City Council approve the Notice of Completion for the project.
